CHANNEL 11

A PERIOD OF PROSPERITY

Lebanon established the oldest TV stations in the Middle East. The two stations, Channel-7 and Channel-11 , covered most of the Lebanese territories. The TV stations allowed for the prosperity of art, music, acting and all the assembly of audiovisual productions; they inspired one of the most important periods of the cultural identity of Lebanon. Channel-11 was operated by the Lebanese Army and was built on the highest peak of Mount Kneisseh to be far reaching.

حقبة من الازدهار

أسس لبنان اقدم محطات التلفزة في الشرق الأوسط. فكانت القناة 7 والقناة 11 أولى القنوات العربية وغطت معظم أراضي لبنان. سمحت القنوات التلفزيونية اللبنانية بازدهار الفنون والموسيقى والتمثيل وكافة الانتاجات المرئية، كما اسست احدى اهم الحقبات التي نشرت الهوية الثقافية اللبنانية. ادار الجيش اللبناني القناة 11 التي بنتها الدولة اللبنانية على اعلى قمة في جبل كفرسلوان والمعروف بجبل الكنيسة.
